In 2007 God and nature gave us a piece of land on the slopes of the Cordillera Azul, with an extension of about 50 ha. located in the Province of Leoncio Prado, which we call the Fundo "Las Orquídeas", for the biodiversity of orchids in the area, in 2008 we began the installation of the first plants of our blessed coffee, which today transcends borders and satisfies the palates of those passionate about good coffee. We installed the coffee plantation, taking care of and conserving our forests and our biodiversity. With the help of the Coroneles brothers, we installed the Caturra and Bourbon varieties, which over the years we selected the best plants and sowed 2 new hectares, planting our coffee that today allows us to enjoy that mixture of aromas and flavors, complex, which makes it unique in the region. This beautiful crop is taken care of and processed with much dedication by Amancio Zúñiga Aquino, natural of Ayacucho, producer who is convinced that to obtain good results it is necessary to harvest mature grains, to be careful in the humid benefit and to make a slow and continuous drying, all this passion for the coffee took us to open a cafeteria denominated "PURO AROMA" with the only objective to be able to offer the best coffees of our property.
