Located in Hokkaido, Japan, Coffee Carrot, Ltd. is a micro-roaster that sells coffee through its online store and beans and coffee drinks in its café’. 

A staff of nine full-time employees and 20 part-time workers endeavor to share the producer’s stories and the process of making coffee one cup at a time.
