Green coffee samples are subject to formal customs declarations. Prior to placing an order, please check on your company’s import qualification and the specific documents required for customs declaration. We will prepare the shipping files accordingly.
 
一般来说，清关需3-7个工作日。
Generally speaking, customs clearance takes 3-7 working days.
 
根据以往经验，强烈建议您从上海进口报关。在我们提供的报关文件齐全且正确的前提下，如您从其他海关进口报关，由此导致的延误风险（即无法在竞拍之前收到样品并进行杯测），须由您自行承担。
Based on past experience, it is highly recommended that you declare and import from Shanghai Customs. On the premise that the shipping files we provide are complete and correct, if you import from other customs, the resulting risk of delay, namely not being able to receive  and cup samples before the auction, is at your own risk.
