Yinyini is the second generation of coffee growers in his family, he works in his parents farm since he is 15 years old. Having professional support has been an important aspect in order to control the quality of his coffee. He felt motivated when he discovered for the first time the potential of his coffee also the idea of being able to explore other processing methods.
He participated with a natural processed caturra and it took him 6 months of trials in order to achieve properly this process with the support of a professional cupper. His goal is to improve his processing methods, the nutrition management of his plantations and the facilities for processing the coffee.
