Briefly describe how you started working with coffee:
Started working with coffee in the year 1988 but it was until 1992 that I bought my own farm. Now I´m still working with my own farm of Specialty Coffee.
What did you do to make the coffee participating be special?
Good agricultural practices in the farm, long fermentation periods, and 30 days drying the coffee in solar driers.
What have you done to improve the quality of your coffee?
Harvest: Ripe cherry only.
Wet Milling: Washing coffee with clean water.
Dry Milling: Solar drier.
