Briefly describe how you started working with coffee:
When I moved to El Paraiso, coffee was the only crop that would grow and was also profitable. It gave me the opportunity to help my family and give my kids education. So coffee became part of us. I was trained by IHCAFE and my coffee was getting a lot better.
