A lot of factors have an influence in the coffee quality: physical features like altitude and soil as well as agronomical care and assistance. Our farm is located at an altitude of 1700m above the sea level in the mountains of Lourdes, Cirri, Naranjo.
This Arabica blend of Villa Sarchi and Typica received a yellow honey process and sundried time in the African beds. When the coffee is peeled, in green, it has an “apple-ish” scent which makes it unique.
We make sure all the process is made with love; we are aware that the first quality comes from the seed. We pay every “Cajuela” in a higher price to ensure that only the 100% ripe beans are picked. All the imperfections are manually discarded. The humidity is checked every day. Every bean of our farm receives the same care; that is our unbreakable rule.
