4th generation in coffee growing from a family group. Since the year 2003, wet processing – pulped natural was started, dry processing – natural was maintained.
We are the 4th generation of coffee-producers from a familial group (Sitio da Torre), and since 2003, we have been using the wet method – pulped natural, however we continue to produce natural coffee (dry method), always focusing very much on the quality of our coffees, as we are certain that when coffee is well cared for from the fields to post-harvest, it will always be “special.”
Drying is done on cement patios, the beans being spread in thin layers and moved around several times per day, the coffee lots are numbered and identified in the farmyard, in order for us to always have traceability for each lot we produce.
Concern about quality:
We produce quality coffee, however never forgetting to preserve the environment, as we are certain that the man-environment integration provides us with sustainable coffee production.
