She bought these 3 hectares of land, 7 years ago and the name Las Nacientes is due to the tree water springs that go through the property. Located at Canet de Tarrazu it is set 1850 meters above sea level. It produces red catuai variety which is harvest at its ripest phase; milling process mechanical washed with a Penagos desmulcinage and 100% sun dried maintaining its trasability by the Don Mayo Mill.
