The region has lands from volcanic origin that are very fertile, with high altitudes and mild average temperature. They have an official soccer field, a sportive court and a club for leisure and parties on the farm for use of the workers. Processing system of the coffee beans The harvest on the farm is done by hand, over a cloth, with the help of machinery of harvest, and the coffee is transported, washed and pulped for drying, which is done mainly on patios and, if necessary, it is complemented with the use of driers. The property possess a proper infra-structure for the coffee processing, which is stored in wooden storehouses and rests for at least 30 days while waits for the processing in the machinery installed on the farm since the 50th decade. Concern on the quality The Agua Limpa Farm is part of the Vale da Grama Association, whose agronomist Mr. Marco Antonio Della Torre supervises the practices and management of the crops. It is also done a diary observation by the technicians Mr. Marcos A. Palchi and Mr. Marcony A. Andrade.
