Overview

Harvesting: Harvesting process begins on December and ends on February they cut only the ripe grains and all the family participates in this process Wet-Milling: They use a pulping machine with engine, natural removal of the mucilage, manual wash, and selection in tanks. Commercialization: They sell their product to Cooperativa COSAGUAL. Flora: Guachipilin, Oak, Cile, Pine. Fauna: Toucans, Gualchar, Rabbits, Guatuza, Chequeque, Sinzontes, Doves, Squirrels, Deers, Coyotes.
