We are concern for environment, so coffee is processed in an organic wet mill located in a neighbor coffee farm. The wet mill is modern and with a recirculation water system, and with a treatment water plant; they used the pulp to produced organic fertilizer. Actually we are making some research to use different products to fill the almacigos, to reduce the amount of earth take from the soil. As we know that water is an important source, we plant bamboo to preserve a beautiful river that goes from North to South in Miraflores.
