Overview
La Mirella farm is a family patrimony inherited from our grandparents and we are the third generation of coffee producers but the first to use an organic production system. The coffee produced in this farm is milled in the Ecological Mill Las Lajas, were the milling is done with a low water usage (honey process). The coffee is dried on african beds and all of the waste is used as organic fertilizer for the plantation. All the work done on the farm and on the milling process is handcrafted and we guarantee full traceability since its origins in the same farm. Located in Sabanilla of Alajuela, Central Valley coffee region, the quality of the coffee can be notice during the blooming of the plantation and from this time on we take really good care of each and every bean until we see them transformed in a delicious cup of coffee that will be enjoyed by someone around the world
