10 years ago Yeroby began to work in coffee for family tradition. With a lot of effort and dedication he manages to get a plot of land in order to start producing his own coffee 100% caturra. Yeroby recognizes he is new in producing specialty coffees, however, he is open and willing to apply new methodologies and recommendations to keep improving. “I'm new in the specialty coffee production and commercialization but thanks to the time I’ve been researching, I’ve learned the most important thing, having the strength and attitude to do things, because in general all the coffee varieties are good and the added value and differentiation is provided by us as people and family”.
