Guillermo is the 3rd generation of coffee growers in his family, at the age of 7 years he begins learning to grow coffee next to his grandfather. Today he has two sons who are being trained to be barista and cupper in the future. His older son used to live in Chile, and his admiration and interest for growing coffee made him come back to his father’s farm and be in front of the business.
Guillermo wants to keep improving his processes and grow more coffee in the future. Learning from each mistake is what matters the most to him to keep improving.
