Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your support of the Alliance for Coffee Excellence (ACE). Please note:

  • All memberships are valid from January 1 through December 31 of the current year.
  • A $40 wire transfer fee will be added to all orders paid by wire transfer (no additional charge for credit card purchases).
  • All posted auction and jury dates are subject to change.
  • Cancellation / Refunds: All orders canceled within 90 days of the original order will be refunded to the credit card which was used to make the original purchase. Refunds issued through a wire transfer will be for the refundable amount less wire transfer fees. Orders canceled after the 90-day period will be issued a credit to the member’s ACE account which can be used for the purchase of sample sets, jury registration, training/SET class registration or membership registration. Depending on the condition of the refund, ACE reserves the right to pro-rate the refund based at ACE’s discretion. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellation of International Jury participation, SET class or training participation within 30 days of the event.
  • ACE and it’s in-country partners will make every effort to ensure that sample sets purchased through the ACE website are shipped in a timely manner. ACE cannot assume responsibility for delays in shipments due to customs restrictions in the receiving countries.
  • Bidders wishing to participate in a country’s auction must be approved by the participating country prior to each auction.
  • ACE reserves the right to cancel a membership due to misuse or misrepresentation of ACE and / or Cup of Excellence (COE), use of the ACE and / or COE logo in a way that violates ACE’s policies, or for actions which violate ACE’s mission, principles and values.
