Tell us briefly, how you start in the coffee business:
The cultivation of coffee began in the village of Lomas del Ocote Lomas del Octe, Morazan, Yoro, cultivating 1 Hectare of the variety borboun, later he moved to the village of El Cielito, Santa Barbara, Santa Barbara, cultivating 2.1 Hectare of the pacas and bourbon varieties, currently he has 10.5Hectare cultivated.
What did you do to make the participating lot special?
Perform a good milling, washing and drying process from the depulped to the cutting.
What have you done to improve the quality of your coffee?
Harvest: Red cherries only, optimal cutting point
Wet mill: 3 concrete pits
Drying process: Solar dryer and slow process
