Nobody can speak about Mario without mentioning his kindness and great personality. From the moment we arrived at his farm, he never stopped telling us how grateful he is to be in the auction. He has 2 precious daughters and 1 son, and when talking about them, he called them "My inspiration to be better every day."
His farm is called el Guayabo after a guava tree, the only one on the whole farm. He has been managing this property for about 4 years. During that time he has restored the plantation and now is producing one of the best coffees in El Cedral. One of his biggest difficulties is the way that he has to move the coffee from the farm to the mill because there’s no road to take a truck there. With a big smile, he said: “This is part of the beauty of being a coffee producer!”
His coffee earned the 16B place in the auction, and we invite you to bid for it!
