History of the farm:
Located in South of Minas Gerais, region of Serra da Mantiqueira, altitude 900 to 1150 meters.
Coffee processing system:
Pulped Natural. The coffee is processed with the wet method, dry in the patio, rotating dryer. The coffee is processed with the wet method The picked grains are immediately transported to the processing place. The coffee is rotated 12 a 15 times a day at a rotating dryer. It dries slowly at low temperatures.
