Farm History
The property was purchased in the year 1984 and at that time there was no coffee being grown. We realized the perfect clime conditions and planted our first 10000 coffee trees. The results were so satisfying that since then we keep planting and growing as today we have more than 130,000 coffee plants.
Processing System
For natural processing method we do selective picking in strategic plots, looking to achieve a constant quality. Drying both patio and mechanical dryer, searching to maintain same level of uniformity during the whole process to have a good final result.
Quality Facts
Quality is the primary focus, but always with good relationship with social environment once located between a state reserved park (Serra do Brigadeiro), a place with many springs and waterfalls and an abundance of wildlife.
